Dry Carpet Cleaning Tampa FL

This video shows some aspects of a low moisture carpet cleaning. I call it low moisture and not dry carpet cleaning because the cleaning powder is slightly wet and soft. It's placed in the carpet and brushed in to fibers.  The powder adheres to the soils in the carpet and is later vacuumed up. 

This is typical for a dry carpet cleaning.  The carpet is dry when the cleaning is finished.  There are several carpet cleaning methods and each has it's strengths and weaknesses. The dry carpet cleaning method strength is there is no dry time. It's weakness is that it leaves a lot of the powder in the carpet.  If you have ever used one of those powder carpet deodorizers you know what I mean.  The powder is extremely difficult to remove.  This particular powder is designed to attract dirt to it. So. if the powder is in your carpet attracting dirt how long is carpet going to stay clean?

The small picture to the right is a close up of my cleaning equipment after cleaning a Tampa FL home that was previously cleaned by a dry carpet cleaner.  The powder was still deep in the carpet and had turned brown from all the soil it had collected.  My customer was obviously not happy to see this stuff in her carpet.
