This video shows you the power of Chem-Dry of Tampa's grout cleaner. The process is simple.  We spray the tile and grout with our deep cleaner and  brush it in. Then using a spinner tool, the one in the video is our hand spinner tool that we use for small areas, to pressure wash the tile and grout.  The tile spinner sprays water at 1200 PSI to blow away the loosened soils and cleaner. It then vacuums up all the soil, water, and excess cleaner so it dries quickly with no dirt attracting residues.  As you can see in the video the cleaner and the hand spinner do an excellent job of removing the soil and returning to the grout to its original color. 

The final step is to apply a grout penetrating sealer so the grout is protected from soils and spills for about 2 years.  We don't just clean your tile floor we help it stay clean too.
