This video shows how to remove red stains from carpet using Chem-Dry’s stain out system. This Tampa FL home owner had a sick dog that vomited on her white carpet. She was unaware that her dog had gotten sick in the corner of the room behind some speakers. The stain had set in and had not been previously cleaned.
We used Chem-Dry’s Stain out system to remove the stain in a matter of minutes. As you can see by the video there is a large red stain on white carpet. It has set into the carpet and cannot be removed through regular steam cleaning. It’s what we at Chem-Dry of Tampa FL call a specialty stain.
The steps for cleaning this type of stain are pretty straight forward. First, steam clean the stain to remove any excess debris or soil. Then apply Chem-Dry’s Stain out Solutions A and B. Then, apply heat via a carpet steamer and wait 30 seconds. Last, clean the spot again to remove any leftover solution. The steps can be repeated as necessary to make sure all of the red stain is removed.
