I've been cleaning carpets professionally in Tampa FL for 10 years and I can tell you that Clorox makes some powerful cleaners but buyer beware. This video shows a carpet with pet urine stains on it, but they have already been cleaned. The spots in the video are post cleaning spots where urine was cleaned up with another cleaner and the resulting spots are residue spots from the left over urine and cleaner.
The Clorox Pet Urine Remover is emulsifying the residue left by the previous cleaning agent and effectively removing the visible spot. The problem is that pet urine remover does not break down urine crystals, so if the urine spot is older and dry it will not break it down and remove it. This product works well when the urine spots are still wet. It does a good job of removing fresh urine deposits.
